What a terrible new to Raquell`s mother that her loving daughter made a serious mistake in the past just because of needing money for her student life. She was always very proud of her daughter`s accompliments only to get her feelings hurted. "Where did I go wrong in raising my girls?". How upset she was to say that... Whatever her daughter did, she was there to forgive and share because she was a mother.

In the story, Raquell was too obstinate to give up her wish getting pregenant regardless of the truth that she couldn`t have a baby. She had spent a lot of money as well as time on hospital and shopping for her babies whom she had never had. She had a really good husband and their marriage was almost 15 years old. In many years he tried to persuade her to accept the truth and they would enjoy their life pleasurably without thinking too much about having their own children anymore. She didn`t listen to him. What would be would be. He was getting tired of seeing the way she wasted everything and her own feelings on one thing they had already known its bad result. She was a good wife and her husband loved her so much as well. But she should have known what the limit was because if not, she might lose her husband...

In my opinion, it will be a positive thing if you try to keep doing something eventhough you have failed so many times, that is your determination. But obstinateness is not determination at all. I think accepting your failure is the way to get success. You`ve failed in a part of your life, but you still have lots of chances to be sucessful in the others. So just accept the way you are and your life is because you know that you are trying your best...

Hi everyone, I am Dieu, welcome to my blog of reading class! I decided to choose the book named "Here and Now" as a book for my reading everyday because it is really a meaningful book. It is a novel of Kimberla Lawson, the bestselling author of Behind Closed Doors about the life of a girl, Marcella. She was a good student and she always got the highest scores in her class. Like other girls, she fell in love with a hot boy in high school. Her life was changing since then. In "Here and Now", there are so many good experiences for people, especially young people like us. Nobody has a life without a mistake, but the important thing is to keep trying to get better. There is one speech in the novel I really like: " You always try to do the right thing, and you treat other people the way you want to be treated." Whether I have the behavior like that to people I meet every day?... I have just read 90 pages among 380 pages of the novel, but I really like it. I hope someday you will take the book and feel what I am feeling...
